Kanu Nwankwo's late mum to be buried December 3rd

Susan Nwnnediya Kanu - mother of Soccer Legend Nwankwo Kanu will be buried on Saturday Dec. 3, 2016 a Amannagwu village- Arochukwu' Abia State. She died on Sept. 7th. She was 82 years old.

Deputy President of the Senate Federal Republic of Nigeria Senator  Ike Ekweremadu in a letter he personally to Nwankwo Kanu extols the good virtues of selfless service to humanity which she has bequeathed creditably to her children thereby keeping her name alive in the kind pages of history .

Eminent Nigerian and Soccer greats have confirmed to send condolences and support towards the burial of late Sussan Nwannediya Kanu Iheme .


Burial/planning committee chairman pastor Onyebuchi Abia says adequate  security arrangements within and outside Arochukwu have been put in place due to the number of visitors expected at the ceremony.

Body of late Sussan Nwannediya Kanu Iheme will arrive Arochukwu on Friday Dec. 3, 2016 for service of songs at her residence Amannagwu -Arochukwu .

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday Dec. 3, 2016 @ 10 am @ the Presbyterian Church of Nigeria Amannagwu .

Internment will be after the service at her residence .

Reception follows immediately @ Agreey Primarily School .
