Former Israeli president Shimon Peres has died, according to reports.
The elder statesman died in Tel Aviv on Wednesday aged 93. Peres was hospitalised following a stroke two weeks ago.
He was believed to have made some progress before a sudden deterioration in his condition on Tuesday
