Lamar Odom Spends Time With NBA Pals After Leaving Rehab

He's back on the road to recovery after several trying years. Lamar Odom spent time with NBA friends Luke Walton, Keyon Dooling and Brian Shaw at a Santa Monica seafood restaurant, sharing an image from the outing to social media on Sunday.

'Great night with great people,' the 37-year-old former NBA star wrote with the photo. 'A brotherhood that goes beyond basketball.'

Odom has a rich history with Walton, Dooling and Shaw. He played for the Lakers with Walton from 2004 to 2011, which included their two championship years, before Walton later became the head coach for the team, the position he holds today.

Shaw served as assistant coach for the Lakers while Odom was on the roster from 2005 to 2011.

Early in his career the decorated athlete also played alongside Dooling for several seasons, from 2000 to 2003, as a member of the Los Angeles Clippers.

The four men enjoyed dinner at at the Lobster, located at the end of historic Route 66 at the beginning of the Santa Monica Pier.
