Imo state's governor Rochas Okorocha has advocated for an Igbo Presidency after the tenure of President Muhammadu Buhari.

He spoke after meeting with Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and HoR Speaker Yakubu Dogara on Monday in Abuja.

"What I do know is that Ndigbo should talk about Presidency after President Muhammadu Buhari," he said. "I think we should support this government."

"President Buhari has a tenure to work for: four or eight years according to the zoning arrangement and everybody should follow the zoning although I am not an advocate of zoning."
