According to Emeka Ohagu of Brilla FM, the man you see above is Kaseem Yebseya, a former Iwuayanwu National FC of Owerri, Denizlipor Turkey and Nigeria International football player. He is now mentally unstable and has been roaming in Chanchanji Village, Takum LGA of Taraba State for quite a while now.
Emeka says he decided to share his photos so that the Government and good people of Nigeria can help. God bless Emeka. Not everything is spiritual, he just might need medical attention.
