Drug Trafficking: Saudi Arabia Yet To Behead Pilgrims

Justice ldrees Haroon, the leader of Muslim Pilgrims from Kwara, on Saturday described as false the insinuation that the three pilgrims arrested for alleged cocaine pushing in Saudi Arabia had been beheaded.

Haroon made the clarification in a telephone interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Ilorin.

He described as “untrue, baseless and unfounded” the rumour that the pilgrims had been beheaded.

“The Issue is being handled by Saudi Authority; it is not true that they have been executed,” he said. Haroon said other pilgrims from the state were in good condition in Makkah.
