Obasanjo's Wife Files Suit to Stop Son's Marriage to "Baba Ijebu" Daughter

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo's wife, Taiwo Obasanjo, has filed a suit to stop the union of her son Olujonwon to the daughter of Sir Kessington Adebutu, the promoter of Premier Lotto aka "Baba Ijebu."

She filed the suit at an Ikeja high court asking that the wedding date, scheduled for May 11 and 12 be postponed to June 1.

A burglar broke into Miles Elementary school in Tucson but was forced to flee when he realised he was being watched.  A locksmith claims he witnessed an unidentified man attempting to force his way inside classrooms.In his attempt to make a clean get away, his baggy trousers got stuck on the school fence leaving him hanging upside down with his underwear on full display.

A total of 193 pupils in grades 3, 4 and 5 (the grades in which one is meant to turn nine to 11) fell pregnant between 2014 and 2016. If pregnant school children from grades 6 and 7 are added, this number increases to 1 449, reports The Citizen.
"This information should shock every South African. Young girls, most under the legal age of 16, are having their futures undermined, likely through being taken advantage of or abused,"  said Sonja Boshoff, DA MP and member of the portfolio committee on basic education.
