Why we have not reacted to Dino Melaye's certificate scandal- Ahmadu Bello University


Authorities of the Ahmadu Bello University have given a reason why they have not reacted to the ongoing certificate scandal involving one of its students, Senator Dino Melaye. Sahara Reporters had published a report alleging that Dino never completed his first degree programme in the school's  department of Geography, an allegation Dino has since denied.

Indimi stated these while receiving Governor Shettima at his expanse residence in Maiduguri on Thursday evening.

Teacher allegedly assaults female student for refusing to be his lover in Imo State (Photos)


According to a Facebook user, Uzuegbu Prosper, who shared the story, he said a SS2 student of Ubomiri Girls Secondary School was on Thursday attacked by her teacher who was posted from Alvan Ikeokwu Federal College of Education, Owerri Imo State. He disclosed that the unidentified teacher committed the act after he was involved in a heated argument with the victim during her second term examination. In the post, the victim identified as Victoria revealed that the teacher had for long been disturbing and threatening her to be his lover. Judge who blocked Trump's revised travel ban gets death threats


US authorities have revealed that Justice Derrick Watson, the federal judge from Hawaii who blocked president Donald Trump's revised travel ban has received numerous threats against his life. FBI spokeswoman Michele Ernst said Thursday that the agency is aware of reports of threatening messages against Watson, who presides over cases in Hawaii, and is prepared to help if necessary.

Nigerian pastor shares photos of a woman who allegedly transformed into an owl


General Overseer, The Lord's Army Ministry, Pastor Stephen Ihesiabia shared these photos of an owl that allegedly transformed into a woman at "Boundary road Shasha Akowonjo area Egbeda, Lagos state. It is alleged that after the bird was struck by thunder, it began to struggle with a dog. When some people came around, they hit the bird with a broom and it turned into this woman. He wrote;

The Santa Monica Fire Department responded to a residential fire but thankfully, no human was caught up in the blaze. There was one near-fatality however, a 10yr old dog named Nalu. The fire department said that once inside the building, they found Nalu,  “unresponsive” and “overcome by heat and smoke.”
