'I'm a very authentic graduate of Ahmadu Bello University' - Senator Dino Melaye (video)

Sahara Reporters yesterday alleged that Dino Melaye did not graduate from the Ahmadu Bello University where went to school for his first degree. The Senator immediately debunked the allegation on twitter, saying their supposed proof wheres fake documents.

Court Grants ex-NNPC Boss, Andrew Yakubu N300m Bail

 

A Federal High Court in Abuja on Tuesday granted bail to Andrew Yakubu, a former head of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC.

Mr. Yakubu was arrested by the anti-graft EFCC after about $9.8 million cash was found in his house in Kaduna. 

The court granted Mr. Yakubu a N300 million bail while he was also asked to produce two sureties.

Senator Dino Melaye, representing Kogi West senatorial district at the National Assembly has reacted to Sahara Reporters' claim alleging that he did not graduate from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

Sahara Reporters had earlier reported that Melaye never graduated from the department of geography from ABU.

The report also claims that the DSS was alerted over this but that the security agency covered it up and allowed the man blossom.

Senator Dino Melaye says President Buhari cannot re-present acting EFCC Chairman, Ibrahim Magu, for screening after he was rejected by Majority of the senators last week.

Speaking on Channels TV last night, Melaye said this when he was reacting to allegations that majority of the senators rejected Magu because they fear he might come after them if confirmed.
