20 Suspected Prostitutes Aged 13 to 14 Arrested in Kano State

The local police in Kano state, the Hisbah Corps, has arrested 120 suspected prostitutes and drug addicts at a recreational facility 21 km from the state capital.

According to Abba Sufi, the Director-General of the Hisbah Corps, out of the 120 girls and boys arrested, 20 are believed to be between 13 and14 years old.

Mr. Sufi said 19 of those arrested were notorious persons who the command had arrested several times in the past and taken to court.

Brazilian president, Michel Temer abandons official residence, blames evil spirits...lol

Brazilian president Michel Temer has abandoned his beautiful official residence in the capital Brazilia. He claims bad vibes and ghosts did not let him and his family sleep well at night.

He moved alongside his former beauty queen wife,  Marcela Teme and their seven-year-old son, Michelzinho and relocated down the road to the residence of the vice-president, a Brazilian news weekly reported on Saturday.

Temer was quoted by the newspaper as saying,

So, over the weekend this Ghanaian traditional priest identified as Desmond aka Nana Tolofasito who claimed to be powerful asked someone to shoot him with a gun in order to prove his spiritual powers.

At least 48 people killed in garbage dump Landslide in Ethiopia

No fewer than 48 people are reported to have died, 15 of them children, following a landslide which occured at a dumpsite in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on Saturday night. Those lucky to survive are in hospital receiving treatment...

City spokesperson Amare Mekonen revealed that 28 people were hospitalised.  49 dwellings were also destroyed in the disaster and a number of people are still reportedly missing.
