Trump Won't Be Allowed to Address Parliament When He Visits UK - Speaker

US President Donald Trump will not be allowed to address parliament when he visits later in the year.  
Speaker of the House of Commons, John Bercow, said Trump will not be welcome to address Parliament on his state visit to the UK because of his racist and sexist attitudes; INDEPENDENT UK reports. 

The Speaker stressed that being invited to address Parliament was “not an automatic right” but “an earned honour”.

NYSC DG Reacts To Speculations Scheme Would Be Scrapped

Brigadier General, Zuleman Kazaure, the Director-General, National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), on Monday reacted to speculation that there was a grand plan to scrap the scheme. 

He said there was no iota of truth in the rumour, adding that NYSC would continue to contribute to national development.

Kazaure, who was represented by the Director of Mobilisation, Chief Frank Ekpunobi, stated this at Issele-Uku, Delta, during a visit to the camp.

INEC Verifies Mega Party, ADP’s Registration Documents, Secretariat

The Independent National Electoral Commission, (INEC), has visited the National Secretarial of the Mega Party recently floated under the umbrella of “Action Democratic Party” in Abuja for the verification of all the documents submitted to it for eventual registration as a political Party as required by law ahead of the 2019 General elections.

It was gathered that the INEC team was led to ADP’s proposed National Secretariat of the located in the Asokoro District of Abuja by the Director in charge of Election and Party Monitoring, EPM, of the Commission, Alhaji Bala I. Shittu.

Herdsmen, dressed in police uniform, armed with AK-47 rifles and other dangerous weapons, engaged a team of policemen in a gun battle, yesterday, in Delta State, leaving a number of police officers, including an Area Commander, injured, while some are missing. 

Liberia's Sirleaf Bans Foreign Trips For Government Officials

Liberian president Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, has ordered a 60-day ban on foreign travel for government officials, to curb the country’s depleted foreign currency reserves.

The presidents office in a statement over the weekend said the measure applies to all ministers and head of government bodies, their deputies and assistants.

On Sunday, Olimpia and Motagua, two of the biggest clubs in Hoduras, played out a very intense and entertaining match and after a goalless first half, Motagua scored two goals, and were leading 2-0.
Towards the 93rd minute, Olimpia (the home team) was attacking Motagua and their player managed to score a goal, at the same time a pitch invader ran into the field with another ball and kicked it into the net.
Shockingly the referee allowed both 'goals' and the match ended Olimpia 2-2 Motagua.
