Edo: PDP candidate Ize-Iyamu rejects election result, accuses INEC of manipulating results
PDP candidate in the Edo state governorship election, Osagie Ize-Iyamu, has rejected the result of the state governorship election which held yesterday September 28th. Speaking with newsmen at his residence as INEC reeled out the results from the various polling units, Ize-Iyamu accused INEC of manipulating the results;
White College student arrested after wearing gorilla mask, carrying rope and trying to give out bananas to Black Lives Matter protesters


A White Tennessee college Year one student known as Tristan Rettke has been arrested by police after he wore a gorilla mask, carried rope and tried to give out bananas during a Black Lives Matter protest on Wednesday. A video published by The Johnson City Press show Tristan wearing overalls, holding a burlap sack with a marijuana leaf and Confederate flag on it while also dangling a banana with a rope towars the Black Lives Matter protesters.
N600m fraud: Court grants ex Naval chief, Usman Jibrin, N100m bail
Justice A. S. Umar of the FCT High Court sitting in Maitama has granted bail to a former Chief of Naval Staff, Usman Jibrin, and two others who are currently standing trial for an offence bordering on criminal conspiracy brought against them by the EFCC. Others are retired rear admirals, Bala Mshelia, Sheu Ahmadu and a company, Harbour Bay International Limited.

According to Abubakar Auta, the Nigerian Army has confirmed the death of his cousin, a soldier who had been missing for a year. He reportedly died on the frontline at Gudunbale area of Borno State. Another family member confirmed the sad news on Facebook. May his soul rest in peace, Amen. Abdul Usman shared photos of the slain soldier and wrote:

PDP supporters in Edo state are currently staging a protest at the state INEC office. They are protesting the election results being announced by various election collation officers and are demanding for the cancellation of the results. Security officers are pictured above preventing some protesters from going into the INEC office.
