Justice Williams Olamide of the Ondo state High Court in Akure, the state capital, has sentenced to life imprisonment, seven men found guilty of kidnapping former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF, Chief Olu Falae.
Justice Olamide delivered judgement today April 10th.
Falae was abducted on September 21st 2015 by suspected Fulani herdsmen at his farm in Ilado village in the state. The kidnappers held him hostage for four days and released him after a ransom was allegedly paid.
