The Ondo State high Court, sitting in Akure, the state capital on Friday dissolved the local government executives in the eighteen local government areas of the state, Daily Post reports.Justice Isiq while delivering his judgment held that the Ondo State Independent Electoral Commission (ODIEC) erred by omitted the Peoples Redemption Party (PRP) on the election ballot paper.The suit inherited by the Rotimi Akeredolu led government was brought before the court by the leadership of the PRP in the state.
