Shaun Miller, a 31-year-old fugitive, was arrested on charges of drug trafficking when police discovered him disguised as en elderly man in a residence in Massachusetts. Officers removed Miller's disguise before arresting him and searching the residence, where two loaded weapons and nearly $30,000 was found.
BOSTON, An armed fugitive wanted on drug trafficking charges was arrested while disguised as an elderly man in Massachusetts.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives shared a photo of 31-year-old Shaun Miller alongside the disguise which made him appear much older.
According to the Department of Justice, officers surrounded Miller's residence in South Yarmouth, Mass., on Thursday and ordered Miller, disguised as the elderly man, out of the house.
Officers determined the "elderly man" was actually Miller before pulling off his disguise and placing him under arrest.
Two loaded weapons hidden in a laundry basket and about $30,000 in cash were discovered when officers searched the residence.
Miller had been a fugitive since he was charged for possession of heroin with intent to distribute in an indictment in April.
Following his arrest he was detained and scheduled for a hearing in U.S. District Court in Boston scheduled for Aug. 31.
