Baby Factory Found In Borno State


Borno Government on Thursday said it discovered a baby factory where children were being sold in the state. The Commissioner for Justice, Mr Kakashehu Lawal, stated this at a press conference in Maiduguri.

Lawal said that four women alongside the principal suspect were arrested for taking part in the crime.
He said that the “trend is a notorious fact which occurred in Galadima area in the state capital.’’

How Pregnant Woman Masterminded Kidnap Of Her Admirer


A pregnant woman,Eniola Kareem, her husband Paul Kareem and another suspect, Ayoola sodiq (21) have been arrested by the Lagos State Police Command for alleged kidnap of one Idris Saheed.

The 21-year-old pregnant woman and her husband aged 23 according to the police, were arrested last week after the kidnap and payment of N100,000 ransom into her husband’s account by the parents of the 23-year-old victim.

According to the woman who claimed to be the mastermind of the kidnap, “ Idris has been making advances at me and I thought I could milk him without having anything to do with him.

“One day, during a telephone conversation with him, he informed me that he was coming to Mowe and would like to see me since I lived there.

 I obliged him.

Fleeing Ecobank Staff Arrested Over N30m Fraud

Former staff of Ecobank Plc, Lagos, Kayode Ayodele, 34, who has been on the run since last year over alleged N30m fraud has been arrested in Ogun State, Western Nigeria.

Police alleged that the suspect connived with two other former staff of the bank, Tiaminu Lukman, 48 and Shaga Olu Sheriff, 34 now facing trial for the same offence to hack into the account of their employer and withdrew N30m which they shared.

The incident, according to the police, occurred between August 2013 and June 2015 during working hours.

A man who was accidentally transported 1,000 miles from home in India when he was just six years old traced his mum 25 years later from Australia using Google Earth.

Lost, Saroo Brierley ended up begging on the streets of India after being separated from his family.
But he was picked up by a charity that arranged for him to be adopted in Tasmania, Australia.

His story is now set to be featured in a new film, Lion, starring Nicole Kidman, charting his amazing life story.
Despite growing up in a loving family in Australia, he admits he spent years looking at maps and eventually at Google Earth for signs of the landmarks that he knew as a child.
