After accepting the Cecil B. DeMille Award at the Golden Globe, actress Meryl Streep called out US President-elect Donald Trump for publicly mocking a disabled reporter in 2015, saying she had been heartbroken by his imitation of Serge Kovales during his campaign.
"There was one performance this year that stunned me," Streep, 67, said on Sunday night. "It sank its hooks in my heart. Not because it was good. It was that moment when the person asking to sit in the most respected seat in our country imitated a disabled reporter."
