Wife who accused her Abia state Guber candidate husband of domestic abuse, rescinds...goes to court to swear he never touched her

So yesterday, LIB received a letter from the lawyers of former national chairman of ALGON and gubernatorial candidate of Progressive People's Alliance (PPA) in Abia State, Chief Chikwe Udensi, asking us to retract a story we published two weeks ago, where his wife's niece Irene Amos Abott shared photos of the battered woman, Mrs Chidimma Udensi, claiming the woman was physically abused by her husband after she asked for a divorce (read here).
A day later, same niece shared a video of Mrs Udensi showing her bruised face and saying she gave her niece permission to release the video online as she was too tired to talk at the time... she's now changing her tune!
We don't know what's going on behind the scenes but the woman has gone to court now to swear an affidavit that she was never abused by her husband and she never asked anyone to publish the story. Unfortunately for her, there's video evidence of her saying she asked her niece to release the video...so we don't know what games the family is playing. But we are watching...

See her affidavit below...

The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, in a statement released this evening, said President Buhari was highly embarrassed by such "suggestions" and that he was in regular contact with Tinubu before, during and after the Ondo gubernatorial election.

Garba said any suggestions that the President and the party machinery were working to destroy Tinubu had no foundation in truth or any credibility, explaining that the President was impressed by Tinubu's assurance not to work against the party in Ondo and he honoured his words.

Kanye West not leaving the hospital yet

Read the TMZ report below...
Kanye West is not out of the woods -- not even close -- because we've learned he will not get out of the hospital as planned. Sources with direct knowledge of the situation told us over the holiday, the plan was to release Kanye today, Monday. We're told his personal doctor was going to take charge of him upon release.

We're now told Kanye is still not stable and will not be released today. In fact, there is now no release date set, because he has not recovered from his breakdown a week ago.
As we reported, Kanye has had a rough time at UCLA Medical Center, struggling with extreme paranoia -- at one point he would not even let the doctors touch him.

Kim is still by his bedside ... which is where she has been almost nonstop for a week.
