DSS foil planned attacks on US,UK embassies in Abuja by five ISIS linked Boko Haram members


The Department of State Services (DSS) has arrested five ISIS linked Boko Haram members alleged to have perfected plans to attack the United States and United Kingdom embassies in Abuja.

In a statement released by a DSS official, Tony Opuiyo today, the suspects were arrested in Benue State and the FCT.



“The group had perfected plans to attack the UK and American Embassies and other western interests in Abuja. During the operation to thwart this plan, five key suspects, namely: Isa Jibril, Jibril Jibril, Abu Omale Jibril, Halidu Sule and Amhodu Salifu, were arrested”the statement read
