Davido Allegedly Issues Dud Cheque To Seller Of Mercedes-Benz GLE 450

Nigerian artiste, Davido has been accused of issuing dud cheques to an auto dealer, Mr. Anekwu Chika Valentine of Prestige Autonet Limited.  

Davido allegedly issued the cheques as balance payment for a Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 he purchased; SAHARA REPORTERS. Documents obtained by the online news platform shows that the auto dealer has already contracted a Lagos-law firm, W.K Shittu and Co. to assist him to recover the debt.

Parts of the document read, "On February 10, the musician issued two Zenith Bank (account number 100424****) cheques of N10million and N1.4million respectively. However, the bank failed to honour the later, which apparently was to pay a part of the N7.4million."
