Super Eagles midfielder threatens to take Lazio to FIFA over unpaid wages

Super Eagles midfielder, Ogenyi Onazi is on the verge of taking his former club, SS Lazio to FIFA, over unpaid wages.
Speaking with BBC sport, Onazi who spent five seasons with the Seria A team before moving to Turkish top division side, Trabzonspor, didn’t reveal the amount involved but says that no feedback has been given after 2 months a notification was sent to them regards the unpaid wages.

'We have no option but to go to FIFA to ask the disciplinary committee to act on Lazio’s refusal to pay me, My agent and lawyer have written to Lazio, but after two months we have heard nothing from the club, We all conclude that the only ideal thing to do is to approach FIFA to enable me to get what I worked for.'
