Now the manager who signed him for a gigantic fee has commented on the suspension.
Speaking to the media ahead of the club’s Premier League opener against Bournemouth, Jose Mourinho said:
“I found out two days ago,”
“I knew the situation with the yellow cards but I didn’t know if an accumulation would bring a suspension.”
“By Friday he will be ready to play against Southampton,”
