 Dashcam footage believed to have been taken in Moscow, Russia captured the moment a full tanker burst in the middle of the street spraying human waste on nearby vehicles. Anyone who had their windows down must have been covered in the stinky stuff in addition to the inevitable hefty car wash bill.
