A new report indicates that if Mel B's estranged husband, Stephen Belafonte is charged and convicted of illegal possession of a firearm, he could face up to 10 years in prison. This is because he's not allowed to be in possession of a gun or ammunition after being convicted of domestic violence back in 2003.
