Asari Dokubo : Buhari is Running 'a deaf and dumb regime'

Mujahid Asari-Dokubo, the leader of the Niger Delta Peoples Volunteer Force has lashed out at President Muhammadu Buhari for running the most insensitive and hostile in Nigeria’s history. 
In an interview with PUNCH, Asari-Dokubo said “This is the most hostile government. This is the most insensitive government in the life of this country. All our (bank) accounts were put on surveillance, till today, but they found that this man did not steal any money and he is not involved in any criminal activities.”

Comptroller General of the Nigeria Customs, Retired Colonel Hameed Ali has explained reasons why he has not been wearing the official uniform of the Customs since his appointment by President Muhammadu Buhari in 2015.

The Customs boss told the Senate Committee on Customs and Excise Duties on Thursday that tradition does not permit him to wear paramilitary uniform as a retired Colonel. 

Kogi Confirms Lassa Fever Case

Kogi state government on Sunday confirmed a case of Lassa Fever in Angwan Kura Community, in the old market area of Lokoja, the state capital.

The patient, male and resident of Angwan Kura, Lokoja, reported at the Accident and Emergency Unit of the Federal Medical Centre Lokoja, with signs and symptoms suggestive of haemorrhagic fever.

Mikel Obi Scores as Tianjin Teda Wins First Game of the Season

Nigeria's Captain John Mikel has scored his first goal for his new club, Tianjin Teda, as they win their first match of the season. 

Tianjin Teda defeated Chongqing Lifan 2-0, and Mikel Obi, who was a doubt for the match featured. 

He found the back of the net 3 minutes into the second half before Milovin’s own goal sealed all three points for Jaime Pacheco’s side.

Man Dies After All-night Sex With 4 Ladies in Lagos

A 29-yr-old man, Olanimu Babatunde, also known as Kokomaster has died of exhaustion after having an all-night sex romp with no fewer than four ladies in his house on Thomas Street, Lagos Island. 

His young sex partners, now answering questions on the man’s curious death from the police, claimed that they never knew Olanimu was dead until around 4am on the fateful day when they realized he no longer responded to their touch.

APC Govs to Sack Rochas Okorocha -

Imo State's Governor Rochas Okorocha is set to be removed as the chairman of the Progressive Governors Forum (PGF), a caucus of APC governors. 

He will be replaced by a governor from the South West, DailyPost reports.

It's believed that the APC Governors are not happy with Okorocha, who according to them couldn't provide a proper sense of direction to their forum.
