Armed men suspected to be assassins last night invaded the house of embattled former National Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Olisa Metuh located at Prince and Princess Estate, Abuja. The armed men numbering about, eight fired several shots and forcefully gained entrance into the compound after destroying a section of its spiked security fence. 

They tied up security guards and a driver at the premises and attempted to gain access in the main building, but could not due to the security doors at the front and back entrances of the main house. When they could not gain access into the main building, they beat up the security guards and ordered them at gunpoint to call out Chief Metuh using their phones, but the guards insisted that he was not at home but had travelled to the east.

5 feared dead as Hausas, Yorubas clash in Ile Ife (graphic photos)

At least five persons are feared dead in a communal clash involving Hausas and Yorubas in Ile-Ife, Osun state this morning. According to eyewitnesses, the clash started at about 9am today.

An argument between a Hausa man and a Yoruba woman at a market in the Sabo area of the town, degenerated into a fight that was later hijacked by some youths in the area.

Teenager arrested after police arrive his home to find him with his mother's severed head and a bloody knife

Oliver Funez, 18, was arrested on Monday after he cut off his mother's head then proceeded to call the police on himself. Oliver committed the crime at their home just east of Zebulon, North Carolina, US.

He made the call to the police at about 1 p.m. on Monday and the police arrived some minutes later to find him walking out of the house, carrying a butcher's knife in one hand and his mother's head in the other.

"I’m sorry I violated a woman" SA Rapper, Okmalumkoolkat apologize for sexually assaulting a woman in Australia

South African rapper, Okmalumkoolkat took to his twitter page to apologize for sexually assaulting a female musician during his Australian tour in January 2016. 

In 2016, while in Australia, a drunk Okmalumkoolkat barged into the room of another artist and began to sexually assault her. 

The artiste woke up and found him caressing and kissing her, telling her “don’t make any noise.” She later kicked him out of her room and also called the police. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 6 months in prison.
