Drama! Presidential aide shares photo of President Buhari in the UK yesterday and some claim the photos are from last year!

Last night, President Buhari's personal assistant, Bashir Ahmad, shared a photo of the president in the UK where according to him Ogun state governor, Ibikunle Amosun and others went to pay him a visit. 
Immediately he shared the photos, conspiracy theorists started analyzing it. Many said the photo was from President Buhari's visit to the UK last year. Someone even claimed Amosun was in Ogun state yesterday and couldn't have been in the UK. See more after the cut...

Women forced to carry dead body of a child due to lack of transport

A group of women were forced to carry the remains of a child on their back due to lack of transport facilities at Dowa District Hospital in Malawi. Speaking to Nyasa Times, one of the women said no ambulance was made available to convey the deceased to the village for the funeral.

The young man pictured above, destroyed a copy of the bible after a catholic priest, Reverend Fr. Ebubu Muo Nso, destroyed a shrine in his community in Ekwulobia, Anambra state. In the video, the man says he is angered that a shrine built by his forefathers could be destroyed by the Rev. Father.

Metro;Bank Cashier sentenced to 4 years in prison for stealing N9.3 million


A Bank Cashier, 26-year-old David Anibolu, was on Wednesday sentenced to four years in prison by an Igbosere Magistrates’ Court in Lagos for stealing N9, 308,000 from a customer’s First Bank of Nigeria (FBN) Plc account. Anibolu was arraigned on April 3, 2014 on a two-count charge of conspiracy and stealing.


It was revealed by the prosecuting Police Superintendent, Chidi Okoye, that on the 22nd of March 2015, Anibolu who was on annual leave came to the bank where he worked at FBN Alaba 2 branch in Ojo under the pretext that he wanted to assist a customer in posting his land use charges. Anibolu allegedly used the opportunity to transfer the sum of N9.308 million from a customer's account into other accounts.
