ECOWAS Troops Discover Deadly Threat Planted By Jammeh To Kill Adama Barrow

Economic Council of West African States, ECOWAS troops in The Gambia have reported a large cache of sophisticated arms and ammunition missing from State House in Banjul.

The Point, Gambian newspaper quoted informed sources that the troops also found that all the air conditioners in State House were loaded with a toxic chemical, which was meant to poison the occupants of any of the rooms.

US President Donald Trump has advised Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto to cancel his trip to Washington if his country won't pay for the wall.

Jammeh Donates All Harvested Rice In His Farm To President Barrow

Former President Yahya Jammeh has donated all his proceeds harvested from the 2016 farms to President Adama Barrow to be distributed to women in the small West African country.
Jammeh stated this on Gambian state TV over the weekend.


He said: “I hereby wish President Adama Barrow all the best from the bottom of my heart. The Almighty Allah has decided, and I will be found wanting if I as a Muslim and a former president do not sincerely wish him and his administration all the best”

Again, U.S. Appeals Court Upholds Kashamu’s Extradition For Drugs Offences



The United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in Chicago, Illinois, has again affirmed the ruling of a lower court for the extradition of Ogun State senator, Buruji Kashamu, to stand trial for drugs crimes.

In a January 23, 2017 order, the presiding judge, Richard Posner, said Mr. Kashamu must be extradited to the United States as he had failed to make any compelling case to the contrary.

Mexico Leader Cancels US Visit As Trump Insists Mexico Must Take Border Bill


Mexico's President Enrique Pena Nieto has said he will not go to the US for meeting with President Donald Trump next week.

The move came on Thursday after Trump said it was "better to cancel" Pena Nieto's visit to Washington if Mexico was unwilling to foot the bill for a border wall. 

"This morning we informed the White House that I will not attend the work meeting planned for next Tuesday with the POTUS," Pena Nieto said on Twitter, referring to Trump.

"Mexico reiterates its willingness to work with the United States to reach accords that favor both nations."
