64% of Americans want Donald Trump to delete his Twitter account


According to the latest national survey from Quinnipiac University released Tuesday January 9, 2017, 64% of Americans want the president-elect to shut down @realDonaldTrump, the Twitter account that he has maintained since 2009, which has more than 19 million followers. The poll found that an even larger majority of Americans aged 18-34, 71%, are in favor of shutting down the account. Republicans are virtually split on the question: 49% say Trump should keep the account, while 45% say it should be shut.

The remains of former Niger state governor, Abdulkadir Kure, was interred in Minna, the state capital Wednesday January 11th. Kure died on Sunday January 8th in a German hospital. His remains arrived Nigeria Tuesday and has been interred. His funeral was attended by Sokoto state governor, Aminu Tambuwal, former Kano state governor Rabiu Kwankwaso, Former Jigawa state governor Sule Lamido and others. May his soul rest in peace Amen. Last week, Riyad Mahrez of Algeria and Leicester City was crowned Africa's player of the year for 2016 due to his heroics and excellent season with Leicester City in the English Premier League. Well, based on his current form, it's certainly a no-brainer if he doesn't win the award in 2017 except he gets his mojo back which in the world of football sometimes never happens.
