There Are Communities In Abuja Who Kill Twins, Infants Who Lose Mom At Birth, Because They Believe They Are Evil


Missionaries running the Vine Heritage Home, Kuje, Abuja have rescued no lesser than 103 infants, including sets of twins and albinos from 55 communities practising infanticide.

The youngest of the children are a set of twins, David and Davida, and another female infant, Angelica, whose mother died during childbirth.

The operators of the home, Mr. Olusola and Mrs. Chinwe Stevens said 55 communities in the Federal Capital Territory engaged in killing of twins and albino infants in the belief that they are evil.

According to the couple, the communities also killed infants who lost their mother during childbirth, noting that such children were believed to be responsible for the death of their mothers.

26-Year Old Bathed With Acid By Ex-Lover Demands Justice

A 25-year-old caterer, Rosemary Nnaife, who was allegedly bathed with acid by her ex-lover in the Lawanson, Surulere area of Lagos State, has demanded the prosecution of the suspect, identified only as Paul.

The Delta State indigene, whose face had been scarred by the acid, said since the incident, Paul had yet to be prosecuted.

The victim explained that she had dated Paul for four years before the relationship ended due to abuse and violence.

She said she got into another relationship, which did not go down well with the suspect, who allegedly began sending threat messages to her and her new boyfriend.

At a stormy court session today, the leader of the Independent People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, said the president can intimidate court judges, but not him.

“The president can intimidate the judges, but he cannot do that to me. Tell him he has lied,” he said.

A Federal High Court in Abuja ruled on an application seeking the protection of witnesses in the ongoing trial of Mr. Kanu, and three others, David Nwawuisi, Benjamin Madubugwu and Chidiebere Onwudiwe, who are facing trial for alleged treasonable felony.

President Bjnuhari has arrived Gambia this morning, a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina states. He arrived the country this morning with President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf of Liberia, who is the current Chairperson of the Authority of Heads of State and Government of ECOWAS, and President Ernest Bai Koroma of Sierra-Leone. They were received at the airport by Gambia’s Vice-President, Isatou Njie-Saidy.

His Ghanaian counterpart, who will also be leaving office soon, John Mahama had arrived earlier.

They are to meet with President, Yahya Jammeh, who just lost the presidential election. Shortly after Yahya lost, he conceded and congratulated Adama Barrow, but has now made a u-turn saying, he won’t be leaving office.

Well, who is surprised? They have many things in common Lol. Kanye West has met with President-elect Donald Trump today, after he was spotted arriving at Trump Tower in New York City, only days after the rapper first came back into the public eye following his hospitalization.

Trump spoke to reporters with West by his side, calling the rapper a "good man" and telling journalists that they have been "friends for a long time."

West would not discuss the details of the meeting. He ignored questions about whether he plans on performing at Trump's inauguration. He also ignored a question about whether he wishes he had voted for Trump.
