A must watch ;Video: Go And Tell Buhari I Said He Is Mad, Nnamdi Kanu Yells In Court


At a stormy court session today, the leader of the Independent People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, said the president can intimidate court judges, but not him.

“The president can intimidate the judges, but he cannot do that to me. Tell him he has lied,” he said.

A Federal High Court in Abuja ruled on an application seeking the protection of witnesses in the ongoing trial of Mr. Kanu, and three others, David Nwawuisi, Benjamin Madubugwu and Chidiebere Onwudiwe, who are facing trial for alleged treasonable felony.

President Bjnuhari has arrived Gambia this morning, a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina states. He arrived the country this morning with President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf of Liberia, who is the current Chairperson of the Authority of Heads of State and Government of ECOWAS, and President Ernest Bai Koroma of Sierra-Leone. They were received at the airport by Gambia’s Vice-President, Isatou Njie-Saidy.

His Ghanaian counterpart, who will also be leaving office soon, John Mahama had arrived earlier.

They are to meet with President, Yahya Jammeh, who just lost the presidential election. Shortly after Yahya lost, he conceded and congratulated Adama Barrow, but has now made a u-turn saying, he won’t be leaving office.

Well, who is surprised? They have many things in common Lol. Kanye West has met with President-elect Donald Trump today, after he was spotted arriving at Trump Tower in New York City, only days after the rapper first came back into the public eye following his hospitalization.

Trump spoke to reporters with West by his side, calling the rapper a "good man" and telling journalists that they have been "friends for a long time."

West would not discuss the details of the meeting. He ignored questions about whether he plans on performing at Trump's inauguration. He also ignored a question about whether he wishes he had voted for Trump.

Governor Wike Nyesom’s wife, Suzette Wike is such a romantic woman! Her husband, the Governor of Rivers State is a year older today, and Madam Suzette threw him a party at their residence. His cabinet members and friends all attended the event. While it was on, she brought out her shofar and sang some songs to him. She later prayed for him saying;

"Everything he has passed through in life has strengthened him and made him a better person. It is God that gives him the strength to serve humanity with love and courage. I know that we shall grow old together. He will continue to succeed in everything he does. Your name will be popular far beyond the shores of Nigeria . Your popularity will be a worldwide affair . Oh Dear! NFF Pays Just N100k Each To Falcons Out Of Outstanding Millions, Girls Remain In Hotel

Protesting players of the Nigerian senior women’s national team, the Super Falcons may have soft-pedalled on their decision to openly confront the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) and the federal government over the non payment of bonuses and other allowances running into millions of naira after winning an unprecedented eight African Women Cup of Nations (AWCON) in Cameroon a fortnight ago.

The African champions refused to vacate their hotel in Abuja, insisting they will remain there until they were paid their money. A visit to the hotel yesterday by Sports Vanguard showed that the girls who were hitherto eager to talk to the media concerning their plight were no where to be found as they stayed back in the rooms with a directive to the front desk staff that they do not want to talk to anybody.

Buhari, Ghanaian President, Others To Put Pressure On Jammeh To Concede Defeat


The Gambia's President-elect Adama Barrow has welcomed plans by a high-level African and UN delegation to visit the West African state tomorrow to put pressure on long-serving ruler Yahya Jammeh to accept defeat in the 1 December election.
Mr Barrow is quoted by AFP news agency as saying:
It's giving us confidence and it will give confidence to every Gambian that the world is concerned about Gambia."
