Actress Yewande Adekoya, alleges movie marketer, Akeem Olatunji Balogun is after her life over N2m debt



Nollywood actress, Yewande Adekoya Abiodun, has made strong allegations against popular movie marketer, Akeem Olatunji Balogun who owns Olasco films. In a message she broadcasted on her BBM which was published online by her publicist, Emiralty Bello and regranned by her, Yewande alleged that the movie marketer is owing her N2million as royalties for her films which he has helped market. She says he is after her life and that if anything happens to her, he should be held responsible. Read below...

Police in Bangkok on Tuesday, September 27th, arrested two men reportedly from Niger, Laouari Hassane Babale and Awaisou Ibrahim, who were in possession of 215 ATM cards issued by Nigerian banks and Bt34,200 cash, Police Economic Crime Suppression Division Deputy Commanded Pol Colonel Papatdech Ketpan, said on Thursday in a press conference.

CCB set to probe assets of Amaechi, Ngige, Fashola, other Ministers


Officials of the Code of Conduct Bureau are set to probe the assets of former state governors like Rotimi Amaechi of Rivers state, Babatunde Fashola of Lagos, Chris Ngige of Anambra and other Minister currently serving in this present administration. A statement by the Chairman of CCB, Sam Saba, released by the Press and Protocol Unit of the bureau yesterday, states that some of the former governors now serving in various capacities in the current administration, have not submitted themselves for field verification of their assets they declared.
